The Denver Modernism Show will feature some of the very best vendors from the Rocky Mountain Region and around the country offering a wide selection of mid century modern, art deco, retro, pop and modernist furnishings, artwork and objects. There will also be manufacturers and companies specializing in newer modernist home accessories, appliances, fabrics, and everything you need for your modern home.

This year’s Denver Modernism Show features a special guest MC, Charles Phoenix, America’s favorite Histo-Tainer. He is back with a new retro slide show and more. There are some new events at this year’s show including Miss Modernism Pageant and Vintage Voltage Expo. There is also the 2010 Arapahoe Acres Home & Garden Tour in conjunction with the show on August 28, 2010. Tour participant are invited to tour eight to twelve homes and gardens throughout south Denver’s historic mid century modern neighborhood between 1pm and 5pm. The tour costs $20. Tour tickets will be available at the Denver Modernism Show on Friday, August 27, 2010 and the morning of the tour (August 28, 2010).

August 27, 2010 (Friday): 5 to 7pm (Early VIP Gala) & 7 to 10pm (Preview Party)
Early VIP Gala Admission: $35.00 includes free drinks, entertainment, and special guests (this is the full weekend pass as well)
Preview Party Admission: $15.00 includes live music, hula girls, cash bar, and the Miss Modernism Pageant
August 28, 2010 (Saturday): 10am to 6pm
Admission: $5 includes admission into to the Vintage Voltage Expo
Kids under 12: FREE!
August 29, 2010 (Sunday): 10am to 3pm
Admission $8.00, includes admission into the Denver Modernism Car Show
Kids under 12: FREE!
