I ordered 2 tabletops from Ian Maclean in the summer of 2010. It took countless emails to even place an order. He then asked for payment upfront, let my money work for him for over 2 months to only – again after countless attempts to follow up – send me a terse note that the products could not be shipped because it would cost more than the items themselves. I would think it’d be reasonable to assume that if someone asks for payment upfront some kind of shipping routine is in place.
No word of apology.
