It took countless emails to even place an order. He then asked for payment upfront, let my money work for him for over 2 months to only - again after countless attempts to follow up - send me a terse note that the products could not be shipped because it would cost more than the items themselves. I would think it'd be reasonable to assume that if someone asks for payment upfront some kind of shipping routine is in place. No word of apology. A most unpleasant experience from start to finish.
